Pricing

Prices are shown in AED, per adult, unless stated otherwise on the experience page.

Final price and availability are confirmed before payment. Prices can change on the operator's side, and the price confirmed to you at the time of booking is the one that applies.

Booking and payment

A booking is considered confirmed once payment is received and the ticket is issued or the meeting point is confirmed.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the details provided, including the date, number of people, and children's ages.

Cancellation and changes

Cancellation policy varies by experience and follows the operator's own policy. You'll be told the applicable policy before you pay.

Tickets with a fixed time slot are generally non-refundable once that time has passed.

Running the experience

Experiences are operated by the companies that own or run each attraction; we are the booking party. Your visit is subject to that attraction's own rules, including height, age and safety restrictions, and operating hours.

Outdoor experiences can be affected by weather or by the operator's own decisions. In these cases we'll help you rebook within whatever the operator's policy allows.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the booking. We are not liable for indirect damages, or for decisions made by the operator that are outside our control.
