What we collect

Whatever you send us to make a booking: your name, WhatsApp number, the experience, date and number of people, and any details the operator requires to issue the ticket.

We never ask for your card details through the website, and we never store them.

If you request a price on WhatsApp

Each experience page has an optional form to request a price on WhatsApp. If you fill it in, we save what you entered: your name and WhatsApp number, the experience and package you were viewing, the time you consented, and the consent text itself as it was shown to you.

We don't save any of this if you don't tick the consent box. Consent is what allows us to keep your number, so the system rejects the request without it rather than assuming it.

We use the number to respond to your request and to send offers related to experiences you've browsed. We may also use the list to show ads to people who consented, through advertising platforms, and we don't hand the list to anyone else for any other purpose.

You can ask us to delete your number at any time via WhatsApp, and it will be removed from our records entirely, not just hidden.

What we don't collect

Site visit statistics are anonymous: we don't store your IP address, we don't set a cookie for this purpose, and the visitor identifier is a one-way hash that changes daily. We don't determine your location from your IP and we don't link your browsing to your identity.

The number you type yourself is the only thing that identifies you to us, and it is never linked to the anonymous browsing record.

Why we collect it

To complete your booking and to contact you about it -- nothing else. We don't use your data for other purposes without your permission.

Who it's shared with

With the operator running the experience, and only to the extent needed to issue the ticket or arrange the visit. We don't sell your data or share it for advertising purposes beyond what's described above.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by messaging us on WhatsApp. We respond within a reasonable time unless a legal obligation or the operator's own record-keeping requirement prevents it.
