House of Music

Featuring interactive zones across four floors, the House of Music Vienna is the first museum of sound and music in the country. Nestled in the Palace of Archduke Charles, the former home of Otto Nicolai, who established the Vienna Philharmonic nearly 150 years ago, it boasts a range of hi-tech interactive and multimedia presentations about music, from the earliest human use of instruments to the music of the present day.
