Schonbrunn Zoo

Schonbrunn Zoo is the world's oldest zoo still in operation. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, this 17-hectare zoo was established in 1752 by Emperor Franz I Stephan of Lorraine as a private menagerie. Opened to the public in 1778, the zoo is currently home to over 600 animal species, including Siberian tigers, koalas, African elephants, meerkats, and endangered Austrian species.

Schonbrunn Zoo - Schonbrunn Zoo and Tirolerhof Train Transfer (Admission not included)

Take a ride from the Elephant House in Schonbrunn Zoo to the Tirolerhof, where you can observe endangered breeds of domestic animals. Admission to Schonbrunn Zoo is not included and must be purchased separately. Select Child to book for visitors aged 3-12 years and Adult for those aged 13 years and above.
