Yes. The conservatories and Floral Fantasy close monthly for maintenance; tickets used on a closure date are not refunded or exchanged.

A shuttle runs every 10 minutes from 9 AM to 9 PM, and the audio tram tour runs daily from 9 AM to 5 PM.
